Sales Coordinator

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS

  • To respond efficiently and correctly to all in-coming sales enquiries , by telephone / fax / email , preparing relevant sales documents and brochures as required.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Create & process order from customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers , customers and storekeeper with delivery schedule and arrangements.
  • Ensure an efficient tracking system with update record of orders , database and inventory.
  • Build good rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Preparing reports like data compilation required by management and meeting materials.
  • Research / Sourcing products or good service suppliers.
  • Clerical task like documents filling / arrangement , calls receiving.
  • Ensure DO & Invoices issuance correctly.
  • Double check invoices and items receiving from suppliers are in order.
  • Ensure minimum operational cost and to consult with HOD if any exceptional or increase of operational cost.

REQUIREMENT

  • Self- discipline , hardworking , good personality.
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information.
  • Act independently ; decision making within company policy.
  • Able to work within a team structure , travel in support of sales training , meetings and/or tradeshows as required.

Store Keeper Cum Driver

Ensure proper delivery scheduling and take care of inventory and warehouse.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS

  • Works closely with indoor sales coordinator for delivery arrangements.
  • Goods receiving and checking items are in order , including pack / unpack and label/ marking on every items correctly.
  • Provide packing information to sales coordinator.
  • Find , sort , or move goods according to type / weight / priority.
  • Handling and disposition of items within company policies and keeping warehouse inventory accurately.
  • Keeps warehouse clean and presentable , maximize store space utilization.
  • Well take care the company properties like forklift , equipments and etc.

REQUIREMENT

  • Self- discipline , polite , hardworking and responsibility.
  • Ability to learn some basic product information.
  • Act independently ; decision making within company policy.
  • Able to work within a team structure.
